Ron Lorntzen, President
Ron Lorntzen got his start in construction in the late 1970’s. Since that time, he has grown his experience to include residential construction, commercial construction management, and custom design services.
Ron’s experience in residential construction started with a masonry company, specializing in concrete, decks, spas, and custom masonry. This led him into high-end home improvements and remodels. In the late 1980’s, Ron started building quality custom homes in Nevada, eventually expanding into California, Arizona, and finally Washington.
During that time, Ron was introduced to commercial construction where he managed several multi-million-dollar complex builds, including a Costco, a 467-unit apartment complex with a 6-story parking structure, along with a park and some retail/restaurants near the beach in California.
Recognizing the importance of planning, design, energy compliance, and costs, Ron continues to learn and implement new construction methods that make homes more comfortable and energy efficient.

Ryan Fedler, Project Manager
Ryan Fedler received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Cal State University, Fullerton and later received his MBA from Trident University. A former accountant and project manager, Ryan found his true calling in construction.
During his tenure in construction, Ryan has worked as a project manager for general contractors as well as a construction manager for owners and tenants. After moving to Washington, Ryan has worked with Ron to establish Everhill Construction & Consulting in the Pacific Northwest.
